There is never a fee for the services we provide.  All financial institutions are required by federal law to identify to the individual the terms and conditions of the loan. Rates and fees related to the loan must be disclosed prior to your executing any loan document. Always read and review these notes carefully prior to signing.  Never enter into an agreement or sign loan documents that you do not clearly understand. Ask for clarification prior to proceeding. You are under no obligation to accept the terms of a loan presented. Read and understand all documents and make a decision which is best for you.
